The content of the online Course Materials, including copyright and all other such intellectual property rights contained therein, remain the property of Billion Dollar Broker.
There is no option to put your membership on hold during the program period.
Lifetime access to content means lifetime of the program.
Program includes access to a step-by-step course designed for mortgage brokers who want to reach settlements of $3 million dollars a month. It also includes templates, scripts and tools to assist.
The program is delivered through a private Facebook group. Members must have Facebook to access the content and training.
Guarantee: Billion Dollar Broker guarantees that members will achieve a certain level of success, as outlined in the program details, as long as the member implements the strategies taught and contacts the Billion Dollar Broker team for guidance if they do not see an improvement in results during the program period.
There are no refunds offered due to change of mind or circumstance.
The nature of online courses and digital products are that they are not customised to reflect each customer’s individual needs or requirements.
By accepting these terms, the participant agrees to pay the Course fees (including GST) for the Course using the payment method selected at the checkout.
You acknowledge that you are not relying upon any warranties, promises, guarantees, or representations made by Billion Dollar Broker or anyone acting or claiming to act on behalf of Billion Dollar Broker unless it is in writing and made a part of this Agreement. All advertising material and all prior representations or agreements, if any, whether oral or written, are hereby superseded by this Agreement.
All group coaching sessions will be recorded and made available to all participants. You hereby grant permission to Billion Dollar Broker, to make use of recordings for educational or marketing settings. Photographic, audio, or video recordings may be used for ANY USE which may include but is not limited to: presentations, courses, online/internet videos, media, and news (Press). By purchasing this product, you understand this permission signifies that photographic or video recordings of you may be electronically displayed via the Internet or in public educational settings.
Course commencement is effective from the date access to materials is granted.
Course duration/study hours are estimates only.
Dates and times of sessions will be published in advance by Billion Dollar Broker. Dates and times may vary and may change at Billion Dollar Broker's discretion.
Billion Dollar Broker may, at its sole discretion, terminate this Agreement, and limit, suspend, or terminate your participation in the coaching program without refund or forgiveness of past subscription payments if you become disruptive or difficult to work with, if you fail to follow the program guidelines, or if you impair the participation of the assigned coach or participants in the coaching sessions, or violate any of the confidentiality and privacy policies in this Agreement.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Billion Dollar Broker and affiliated companies, their officers, directors, and employees from any and all claims, demands, suits, expenses, costs, judgments, or other charges incurred by you as a result of your choice to participate in these coaching sessions as outlined by this Agreement. You will not hold Billion Dollar Broker or its Coaches or other employees responsible for any negligent actions or adverse results, whether known or unknown, that you may incur or suffer as a result of the coaching sessions you receive pursuant to this Agreement.
Members are expected to ensure that all the information provided to Billion Dollar Broker is accurate
Members are expected to notify Billion Dollar Broker of any contact changes (email, telephone, address etc.)
Members are expected to advise Billion Dollar Broker of any difficulties or problems they may experience with Billion Dollar Broker staff, procedures or training.
Members are expected to participate in all group sessions, complete coursework and assignments on time, and actively engage with the community to maximise their learning experience and achieve the desired results.
Members are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary equipment, technology and internet connection to participate in the course.
